Notes

Granted 10th October 1962, to the Flint Borough Council. Transferred by Order made 16th April 1975. Quite alot cleaner than the last one- well visually atleast. Blazon is a bit spaghetti. Got the castled fixed to be two towers, but should of probably put a door behind the portcullis. Wasnt able to get the ship to be the furled graphic shown in the catalogue. If you want to change the ship to the blue peter-y one comment out the artist hints on line 17 of the blazon with // Was trying to find a field or treatment to colour the flames better, but it glitched out the artist hints. If you changed the colours to english to get a nicer blue and gold colour for the waves and charges, change the rock and compartment colours as they'll be both too yellow and too brown respectively.
