In Olympics-related heraldry, here....

In Olympics-related heraldry, here are the arms of Rio de Janeiro. I couldn't find an English blazon, so here is my shot at it.

Arms: Bleu céleste three arrows saltirewise and palewise conjoined with a terrestrial globe Or; over all a Phrygian cap Gules charged with a bezant.
Crest: A mural coronet Or masoned Sabled
Supporters: Algae Vert behind two fishes reversed Proper, mouths meeting in base.

Anybody got a better one?
